SMS Terms

Effective September 14, 2026

By opting in to receive text messages from Sterling Trust Title & Escrow Inc., you agree to these SMS Terms.

Messages You May Receive

We may send messages about your inquiry, title and escrow updates, document reminders, closing appointments, scheduling changes, and customer support. This program is for service communications and will not be used for promotional marketing or loan solicitation.

Your Consent

You may opt in by providing your phone number and selecting the optional SMS checkbox on our contact form, or through another consent method we expressly offer. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone does not enroll you. Text messaging is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry or transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your mobile plan or charges.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below to request that we stop texting you.

Getting Help

Reply HELP for assistance, or email robert@sterlingtrusttitle.com or call (305) 677-8089.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Security and Delivery

Do not send wiring instructions, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by text. We will not send wire instructions or request banking credentials by SMS. Contact us to arrange an appropriate secure method for sensitive information.

Text messages may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on SMS alone for urgent closing matters or deadlines.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date on this page. Changes to these terms do not expand the scope of your SMS consent.
